NOMAD CYCLIST is a digital platform that guides enthusiastic cyclists through their journeys.

Based in California, USA, NOMAD CYCLIST provides its users with the best travel instructions and the most convenient and beautiful cycling routes.

Project Scope

The NOMAD CYCLIST team approached us with their project, given our expertise in creative design. The client reached out to us for assistance in designing their digital platform.

Our objective was to provide them with appealing, engaging, and functional web apps through efficient UI/UX design services and no-code development.

Goals

Our comprehensive delivery included a detailed sitemap, attractive style guides, and contemporary UX and UI designs. The client was thoroughly impressed with the outcome, reflecting on the minimal feedback received, a testament to our collaborative approach throughout each project phase.

Styleguides

Following our initial discovery session with the NOMA CYCLIST team, we successfully developed three distinct style guides. We decided on a white layout infused with an array of raster graphics.

This design choice was strategically made to enhance audience interaction and foster communication, aligning seamlessly with the client’s objectives.

The selected mood board included the following attributes:

White was used for the layout
Raster to build an emotional connection
Light theme for easy accessibility
Simple & minimalistic approach

Ux Design

Our task was to develop the user experience for 23 pages per the approved sitemap and create content that adhered to the AIDA concept for effective engagement. Our primary aim was to ensure swift and easy access to all elements of the site.

To achieve this, we planned the creation of a mega menu. This feature would allow users to effortlessly find products, solutions, and essential company information, along with various calls to action (CTAs), all in one place, thus eliminating any navigation difficulties.

We also strategically placed multiple CTAs throughout the site, supported by convincing elements such as statistical data, testimonials, and endorsements from partners and clients, all aimed at enhancing conversion rates.

Additionally, we integrated a subtly designed marketing pop-up to gather leads. This pop-up was built to be non-intrusive yet persuasive enough to encourage users to share their email addresses.

UI Design

In the final stage of the design process, our objective was to create high-fidelity designs complemented by interactive prototypes suitable for both desktop and mobile devices.

Following the client’s specific instructions, we adopted a mobile-first approach. The user experience, represented through mid-fidelity screens, was seamlessly integrated with the previously approved style guide within a well-structured design system.

The client appreciated the result of this design process. The development phase was completed and promptly followed by the deployment phase within the 4-month timeline.
