South Flap appraisers or Appraisers of America is a commercial property appraiser based out in the United States of America.

Starting from industrial buildings to hotels and religious properties to land, they are experts at everything.

Project Scope

The appraiser’s team approached us with two separate activities.

The primary activity was to build a dynamic landing page for Google Ads with a user-friendly backend.

The secondary activity was to redesign their corporate site with SEO-friendly pages.

Goals

→  Conversion oriented landing page design
→  User-friendly backend to manage multiple landing pages
→  On-page and technical SEO for the main site
→  CTAs distributed uniformly for lead generations
→  Redefining the UI with the updated style guide

Challenges

→  Backend to generate multiple landing pages
→  To be built on the AIDA concept
→  Speed and keyword optimization
→  Google tag & tracker setup

Outcomes

The overall results were loved by the client. Our final UI design was simple & to the point. The CTA’s were quite clear and the visuals were self-explanatory.

Also, the conversion rates for Google Ads increased from less than 2% to approximately 6%.

UI Design

As the timeline was very short, we skipped the UX phase & used the updated style guide to build the landing page UI for both desktop and mobile.

Later, we worked on the design and development of the main corporate site.

We had a small discovery session with our advertising partners and planned the UX for the landing page accordingly. The page was designed based on the AIDA concept.

We used a bold statement to get the user's attention, types of products to get the attention, customer testimonials to build desire, and a call to action to collect the contact details.

A similar approach was preferred for the main corporate site. We added the relevant content with multiple CTA’s distributed throughout the site.

The Appraisers of America project was closed within 3 weeks including development on the WordPress CMS & deployment to the Hostgator server.
