Kinara Capital is a leading fintech NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) dedicated to driving financial inclusion for small business entrepreneurs in India. With a strong legacy of empowering MSMEs through fast, flexible, and collateral-free loans, Kinara Capital was ready to revamp its digital presence to reflect its innovation-driven growth, expand outreach, and streamline customer acquisition.

Project Scope

Impressed by our comprehensive design portfolio and strategic thinking, the Kinara Capital team approached us to redesign their brand identity and revamp their website to resonate with their mission and scale.

Our responsibility spanned three key verticals — brand identity design, UI/UX design, and website development. The goal was to not only modernize their visual language but also make their digital platform intuitive for a diverse audience across India, including first-time digital users.

We were entrusted with the complete transformation of the Kinara Capital digital ecosystem — from redefining the brand voice to crafting a seamless multilingual website experience.

Goals

Outcomes

A total team of 5 members including 2 UI Designers, 1 Brand Identity Designer, and 1 Developer were continuously involved in the project. 

The outcome was a thoughtfully designed and responsive website with an approachable yet credible brand identity. We delivered:

The revamped brand and website helped Kinara project a forward-looking, tech-savvy identity while remaining deeply relatable to its core user base.

UX Design

With the sitemap approved, we proceeded to craft UX flows for 30+ pages, including service pages, application journeys, blogs, and partner zones.

Special attention was given to the user flow for loan applications — from eligibility checks to lead generation — ensuring users could navigate with clarity and confidence.

We conducted a collaborative UX workshop with the Kinara team to fine-tune user journeys based on actual user behavior and regional constraints.

UI Design

In the UI phase, we created high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for both desktop and mobile versions.

A mobile-first approach guided the entire design, ensuring performance and usability for Kinara’s vast rural and semi-urban user base.

 

The interface was built using a clean component library, optimized for accessibility and multilingual implementation.

The Kinara Capital website went live as a high-performing, multilingual platform designed to boost user engagement and conversion. 

The team at Kinara praised the intuitive interface, refined brand presence, and enhanced clarity of communication.
