Courier Cargo is a sub-brand of Fastway India. It is an online platform where users can hop in and explore the pricing of different courier service providers in India.
The platform allows the user to find specific pricing from courier companies like FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc based on the Package Weight, Package Type, From Country, and Destination Country.
Courier Cargo client Mr. Farhan reached out to us for end-to-end services starting from branding, and UI/UX design to frontend development.
Our goal was to design a brand image with a purpose and build a user-friendly online web application through which users can find the right price for their package.
Our role was also to integrate 3rd party APIs to fetch pricing from different service providers.

The entire design came out clean, simple, and easy to use. From a convincing website (to increase sign-ups) to a user-friendly dashboard, everything was built to perfection.
Starting from the logo, the client loved each of our deliverables. The design was modern yet professional with a clean layout.
On top of everything, it was very easy to search for pricing, book a courier services provider, get insurance, make a payment, and track shipment.
Based on our discovery session with Mr. Farhan (CEO) and the team, we managed to come up with three different style guides.
The choice was a vector approach i.e. throughout the design we used vectors to represent our services and company details.
The selected moodboard had the following attributes:
1. Combination of orange & dark blue was used
2. Orange was the accent color
3. Vectors were used for creativity
4. Sans serif fonts for clean design
5. Rounded design for friendliness
We had so many ideas for the logo ranging from a wordmark to a shipping truck but nothing seemed to work.
Finally, we thought of a search icon in form of a brand initial ‘C’.
This was done smartly by our designers as we used negative space to craft the letter ‘C’ out of the courier box. We used rounded serif font to come up with the wordmark.
Apart from the logo, the client required us to design some physical collaterals. This included visiting card, letterhead, and an envelope.
Finally, we jump to creating a brand guide that can be used by the client & other third-party vendors to maintain brand authenticity.

3. Typography & Colors
4. Iconography & Photography
5. Collaterals and Mockups
Our team quickly worked on the mid-fidelity wireframes that were locked after one iteration.
Later we took the mid-fidelity wireframes and the approved moodboard to come up with the high-fidelity designs.
The entire activity was done for mobile as well as desktop. Finally, the client approved the prototype and we went ahead with the development.
Lastly, we used Vue JS for the frontend and Php Laravel for the backend development activity.
The project took around 10 weeks to get completed including API integrations.
