Navro is a platform created to guide students and professionals toward global career opportunities through mentorship, upskilling, and expert career advice. With a mission centered on accessibility and clarity, Navro partnered with us to establish a digital presence that reflected their values and supported their operational needs.

Project Scope

Navro approached us with a clear goal — to design and develop their website along with an internal dashboard for employees. The site needed to be inspiring, scalable, and easy to manage.

Our responsibilities included:

  • Complete UX & UI Design

  • Full website development on WordPress

  • Designing and building a secure dashboard for internal employees

  • Developing content structures to enable future scalability

Goals

  • Build a compelling website that resonates with students and working professionals
  • Create a simple, intuitive backend for internal employee use
  • Ensure the platform is scalable and fast-loading
  • Deliver a CMS that allows easy content updates

Challenges

  • Designing for a dual audience: students and mentors/professionals
  • Maintaining clarity while delivering educational and functional value
  • Developing a secure and simple dashboard with essential controls
  • Ensuring the site can evolve with additional features in the future

Outcomes

The result was a high-performing, intuitive website and dashboard that empowered Navro to manage both public engagement and internal operations efficiently.

UI Design

With the UX approved, we translated it into high-fidelity UI mockups. The interface was mobile-first, with an emphasis on:

  • Large, legible text and CTA buttons

  • Balanced spacing and hierarchy for clean reading

  • Interactive sections with animations for engagement

  • Design system consistency across public pages and the employee dashboard
