Agent based financing platform with multi domain expertise

Finizon is India’s first financial platform that enables its users to enjoy an agent-assissted and goal-based investment journey.

The ultimate goal of Finizon is to help newbie and busy investors to invest in the rights stocks, MFUs, PMS, and FDs with the help of partners, who in turn earn commissions.

Project Scope

We were initially hired for a landing page (LP) design. The outcome was loved by the client and we went ahead to work with them on more projects.

One of those projects was the ‘Credit Card Recommendation Tool’ (CCR Tool). We were hired to complete UX & UI activity for the Tool.

As of now, we are working on the UI/UX of their Insurance App.

Goals

→ Design a new styleguide (modern & engaging)
→ Landing page design and development
→ UX design credit card recommendation tool
→ Multi-step form design for increase user retention

Challenges

→ Design must be done in accordance with PWA
→ Must be conversion oriented with multiple CTA’s
→ Poorly defined brand guidelines (needed to be reworked)
→ Making the tool recommendation form as per the database

Outcomes

The final deliverables included styleguides, UX design, and UI design. With on-time deliveries & continuous client feedback, we could complete this project in 6 weeks timeline.

The output was loved by the client and the overall Finizon team. The feedback received after the final design was minimal (textual changes only).

Styleguides

Based on our discovery session with Finizon’s team, we managed to come up with three different styleguides, i.e. Mild, Medium, and Spicy.

For this project, our choice matched the client’s choice. We had three themes, all with a different message, but the teal color neomorphic design (spicy) was the most preferred one.

The spicy theme included the following:

1. Neumorphism for a modern look
2. Teal for vibrant CTA
3. Rasters with vector concept
4. Big bold circular std professional fonts
5. Easy, simple, and clean design

UX Design

Our UX guidelines were very simple. The entire app must be easy to understand, simple to navigate, and quick to convert.

As per the client’s request, we followed the mobile-first approach. The entire wireframes were designed while keeping in mind the limitations of PWA.

The focus of LP was setting up the value proposition, and talking about the products, target audience, features and benefits with multiple CTAs.

On the other hand, the CCR tool was designed in accordance with ease of use & finding the perfect match.

The recommendation was divided into five steps based on the provided data sheet.

The right match did work as no more than 3 results were shown to the users at the end.

UI Design

Lastly, in the design phase, we were supposed to build high-fidelity designs with interactive prototypes for both desktop & mobile devices.

Neumorphism is always fun for our team.

We combined the UX or mid-fidelity screens with the approved styleguide with a proper design system in place.

We faced multiple challenges with combining the vectors & raster but somehow our designers found the sweet spot and made it work.

Again, the best was simplicity in design that made the entire web app easy to use & understand.

The final outcome was significant.

The LP development was done on WordPress CMS within a week timeline and CCR Tool designs were handed over to the Finizon development team.
