Drafting the User Profile

It's time to have a glimpse at your different set of audience. We try to get as much as possible insights of your audience from their age, gender, income, lifestyles, hobbies, relationship status, job to other background insights.

Lastly, we help you define your brand from your own perspective. We try to get insights on your likes & dislikes, different attributes like voice, customers, feel, impact, culture. We also try understand why you started?

RESEARCH & ANALYSIS

Once we have all your insights, it’s time for some user research & competitor analysis.

User Research

The user research begins interviewing at least three different persons from your set of defined audience. This is followed by couple of surveys targeted towards your set of audience or your competitor's audience. This helps us to understand your target audience deeply.

Competitive Audit

It's time to analyze some your competitor's. We do an in depth analysis of your competitor's product form their message to their UI colors. We test their product with our audience & try understand the pain points and find the areas of improvements.

Defining & Mood Boarding

It’s time to give shape & meaning to your ideas in other words converting words into images.

Defining the Brand

Once we have everything in place, we define the positioning statement of your brand explaining Who, What, Why & How. We also define your brand attributes, USPs, Mission-Vision statement & the brand message with the tagline.

Designing Stylescapes

We design 3 Stylescapes (transforming words to visuals) namely Mild, Medium & Spicy. The goal here is to explore all the design options available for your brand, product, & audience. We represent all three & you got to choose one.

Building User Profiles

We create different sets of buyer persona's based on our research & analysis stage. We look into their motivations, challenges & pain points. We keep this profiles as a reference throughout the UI/UX design process (as we are building the product for them).

Defining Problems & Challenges

The very first stage of the UX Strategy Session. Here we define the problem statement & the challenges we need to resolve that we gathered during our research & analysis process.

It's time to do some mind mapping. We use design sprints with our team to find multiple solutions for a particular problem. It is fast & most productive way to mind map the ideas.

Creating Customer Journey

Once we have the right solutions, we create customer journeys. We describe how a customer might feel throughout the journey & how their actions can be controlled with the help of strategy led design.

Designing Userflow & IA

Lastly, we design the user flow & the information architecture of the product. We prefer Flowmap for designing customer journeys, user flows, & the information architecture.

Wireframing & Protyping

It’s time to design the wireframes and build an interactive prototype.

Creating Design Systems

Design Systems help you to keep your product consistent throughout the digital world. They also reduce the development time. The=is includes grid system, navbars, buttons, cards, tables, forms, headings, etc.

Designing Wireframes

Wireframes are the skeleton of your product. We begin by designing low fidelity wireframes & then move on to high fidelity ones. We also build content (both textual & graphical) during the wireframing process (togerther with your team).

Building Interactive Prototypes

It's time to covert the wireframes to interactive prototypes. Prototyping is important as it helps you to test your product with real users. We use Figma & Protopie for wireframing & prototyping your product.

Usability Testing

No design is complete until tested. We perform interface testing & usability testing.

Internal Testing

We begin the testing process by testing it with your internal team. The testing is done with 5 members, who are monitored individually using the product. We assign them several tasks & note down the downfalls. There is also a Q/A round after the test.

External Testing

Once we know the pain points, it's time for surveys. We prepare alternative solutions for the pain points & test it with a wider audience. We implement the changes based on the audience feedback.

It's time for development. The first thing that we do is to choose the right tech for your product. It can be a CMS or MERN stack development based on your product requirements.

Brand Guideline

Wireframes & Prototypes

In case, you want to develop your product outside, we will deliver you the Zeplin files for your product. We also do few meetings with your development team.

Content & Graphics

The entire content will be created by our team in collaboration with your team. All the copyrights will be delivered to you on successful completion of the project.

Developed Product

If you hire us for development, the final tested product will be delivered to you. This will also include one month of end to end maintenance (no questions asked).
